3. Data We Monitor
HotMention only monitors publicly available content on social media platforms. We do not access private messages, private groups, or any content behind authentication walls.

- OpenAI / Anthropic for AI scoring and draft generation
- Resend for email notifications
- Apify for social media data collection
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and leads for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all associated data within 30 days.
