HotMention is an AI-powered social media monitoring platform that scans public conversations across Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, and Quora for buyer-intent mentions related to your product or service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may start with a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any activity that violates the terms of service of the platforms being monitored. AI-generated draft replies are suggestions only; you are responsible for all content you post.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Service monitors publicly available content only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. HotMention is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
